Hi everyone, my name is Agnes Freese. I have been crocheting and knitting on and off for many, many years. My designs have been published at Herrschner’s and Mary Maxim. These resulted from wins in their yearly afghan contests. You can see my designs on Ravelry.
I am a retired software developer. After over 30 years developing software in C, C++ and Java, I have turned to writing software for the web. You can see my development background on LinkedIn here if you have a LinkedIn account.
My goal is to integrate my crocheting and knitting design skills with my software development background to create a free, on-line grid designer that everyone can have access to.
The beta release is out and I have been actively making updates to it. There are now several YouTube videos on the Grid Designer. My YouTube channel is here.
